MAKO_TEEF’S 2020 COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

 

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read these carefully, or your commission will be denied if it goes against my terms. If you have any concerns or questions please contact me through twitter or email me at shark.shining.teef@gmail.com

 

• I have the right to deny your commission, especially if it goes against my TOS

• My artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand

• The art you commissioned from me may be used for personal use, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, icons, etc, as long as proper credit to me is given. Do not use for commercial use or claim the art as your own

 

I will draw:

• Canines

• Felines

• Bunnies and other rodents, such as possums and mice

• Outfits, armor, accessories 

• Mild gore or candy gore

• Couple artwork

 

I will not draw:

• NSFW

• Humans

• Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia

• Fetish artwork

• Extremely detailed machinery/armor

• Imitation of another artist’s art style

• Detailed backgrounds

 

Payment and refunds

• All payments will be in USD through PayPal

• Payment must be sent before I begin the commission. However, if discussed beforehand, payment may be sent once the sketch is completed

• Depending on my queue, turnaround time is around 3 days to 2 weeks Larger commissions may take longer than 2 weeks

• I do not do deadlines

• I don’t do full refunds, I can only refund work that was not completed

• Once the commission is fully completed, and you are not satisfied with your commission, I will do up to 3 edits no charge. After that, each change will cost $3+

• If you are unsatisfied with the entirety of the commission once I am finished, I will offer a remake or partial refund depending on what type of commission you purchased

 

Adopts and designs

 

• You own all rights to the character design purchased from me, but I still own the rights to the original artwork I created, which means you are not allowed to use the art I created for commercial purposes

 

You are allowed to:

• Upload the design to personal galleries and websites

• Use the character for role-playing, original stories, etc

• Resell the design for the amount of money you’ve spent
